Talk for a few minutes. Get your life CRM.

Copy the skill, paste it into Claude or ChatGPT, and talk about what matters to you right now. It asks a few good questions, then sets everything up for you.

Read the skill

The skill is coming soon: it will be here before Sunday.

Six steps, about twenty minutes.

You only do the first two. Your AI guides you through the rest, one thing at a time.

  1. Start

Copy the skill. In Claude or ChatGPT, create a Project called life-crm and paste the skill as its instructions. The clicks are below.

  2. Talk

Talk for 2–3 minutes about what matters to you now. Dictation makes it easy: see how.

  3. Answer a few questions

It asks about what’s still missing, one question at a time, with options to pick from. Usually 3 to 6 questions.

  4. Connect Google Drive

Not connected yet? It walks you through it, step by step. Already connected? It checks which account to use.

  5. Save

It creates your life-crm sheet in your own Google Drive.

  6. See your page

It builds your page in the chat: timeline first, matrix second, and a line at the top in the tone you chose. In ChatGPT, click Preview to see it.

Every day after: in the same Project, say what happened (“I booked the painter”) or ask “what should I do today?”. It updates your sheet first, then your page. The sheet in your Drive is the real data; the page is a view of it.

Talk, don’t type.

Speaking is faster, and you’ll say more. Two or three minutes is plenty. Messy is fine.

What to talk about

  • What matters to you right now, and why.
  • Which areas you want help with: work, studies, money, health, home… You don’t need all of them.
  • For each area: the goal, what’s done, what’s in progress, what’s stuck, who’s involved, where the documents are, and any dates.
  • How should I show up for you? A kick in the butt, a caring approach, a motivational line, or nothing.

Dictate it

Wispr Flow turns your voice into clean text in any app, on Mac and Windows.

This is Jerry’s referral link. With it, your free trial is 30 days instead of 14. Students get 90 days.

Or use your laptop’s own dictation:

  • Mac Turn on Dictation in System Settings › Keyboard. Then press fn twice, or the 🎤 key.
  • Windows Press ⊞ Win + H.

Set up Claude or ChatGPT.

Make the Project, then connect Google Drive so your AI can save your sheet there. The skill also guides you in the chat, when it needs it.

Make the Project

  1. In the left sidebar of claude.ai, click Projects.
  2. Click + New Project, name it life-crm, and create it.
  3. Click Set project instructions, paste the skill, and click Save instructions.

Turn on pages (once)

Go to Settings › Capabilities and turn on Code execution and file creation.

Connect Google Drive

  1. Go to Customize › Connectors.
  2. Find Google Drive and click Connect.
  3. Sign in to your Google account and allow access. The button now says Disconnect.

Turn on Drive and Sheets in your chat

In the chat, click + (bottom left of the message box) › Connectors, and switch on Google Drive and Google Sheets. Claude needs both to make your sheet. If Sheets isn’t connected yet, Claude asks you to connect it when it needs it.

Editing Google Sheets is a beta in Claude, on the website and the desktop app.

Use a different Google account

  1. Go to Customize › Connectors and click Google Drive under “Your connectors”.
  2. Click Disconnect, then Connect, and sign in with the other account.
  3. Do the same for Google Sheets if it shows as connected.

On a free plan? You can still do it.

Claude Free gets the same full path as the paid plans. Usage limits may run out during setup; if they do, the skill gives you your data: paste it into the viewer to see your page. (Free plans can have up to 5 Projects. Whether Claude Free can create the Google Sheet is still being checked.)

ChatGPT Free gets a reduced version; the full experience needs a paid plan. It can’t connect to Google Drive, so you get your data instead of a saved sheet. Paste it into the viewer to see your timeline and matrix and download your sheet. Then upload it to your Google Drive, open it with Google Sheets, and click File › Save as Google Sheets.

See how others did it.
